I just purchased a 2-seat (loveseat) from 4seating. John Jasso is the salesman who helped me. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very patient. I am extremely glad that I went to their showroom in La Habra. I spent more than an hour sitting on all of the loveseats and the chairs -- sitting on each one multiple times, until it became obvious which one that I wanted -- the Seatcraft Monterey loveseat in the brown leather.

Ordered 6 seats, but unfortunately one came with some technical issues. Upon making 4seating aware of the problem, they immediately offered to send a new replacement at no cost while permitting me to keep the defective chair for replacement parts. The seats exceeded my expectations and were very comfortable. I especially liked the power recline and headrest features. Very solid and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend and the price is great for the quality received.

I was lucky enough to be on a business trip only 15 minutes away from their location. I stopped by and met Alex. He was terrific. Took his time, let me sit in every chair, answered all my questions and gave me a great deal.

I wound up ordering 2x front row Seatcraft Monterey Black Leather Power LAF Recliners and 2x back row of the same.

These seats are wonderful. I'm coming from Berkline powered recliners and these are every bit as comfortable and the powered headrest is awesome. They are also faster to recline than the Berkline's and quieter as well. I just wished there was a way to have my Media Room continue to smell like the leather from these seats. It's wonderful!

The seats came packaged very well and in perfect condition. There was a small issue with the phone/tablet holder which was quickly resolved by 4Seating with a replacement on it's way.

Can't say enough about this company, the service, Alex, and the seats themselves.

Looking forward to adding more!
