Ordered 6 seats, but unfortunately one came with some technical issues. Upon making 4seating aware of the problem, they immediately offered to send a new replacement at no cost while permitting me to keep the defective chair for replacement parts. The seats exceeded my expectations and were very comfortable. I especially liked the power recline and headrest features. Very solid and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend and the price is great for the quality received.
