I was lucky enough to be on a business trip only 15 minutes away from their location. I stopped by and met Alex. He was terrific. Took his time, let me sit in every chair, answered all my questions and gave me a great deal.

I wound up ordering 2x front row Seatcraft Monterey Black Leather Power LAF Recliners and 2x back row of the same.

These seats are wonderful. I'm coming from Berkline powered recliners and these are every bit as comfortable and the powered headrest is awesome. They are also faster to recline than the Berkline's and quieter as well. I just wished there was a way to have my Media Room continue to smell like the leather from these seats. It's wonderful!

The seats came packaged very well and in perfect condition. There was a small issue with the phone/tablet holder which was quickly resolved by 4Seating with a replacement on it's way.

Can't say enough about this company, the service, Alex, and the seats themselves.

Looking forward to adding more!
