Seatcraft Limited Warranty
Seatcraft is proud of its high standards of quality and workmanship that go into our products. The customer is protected by the following Limited Warranty, which applies to seats under normal indoor residential use. This warranty does not apply to seats used for commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Seatcraft provides (1) one year comprehensive coverage for all components such as materials, foam and frame parts, and mechanisms including motorized parts from defective materials or workmanship.
MATERIAL: Normal fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching is not covered by this warranty. Similarly, the natural markings, stretching, and shrinking of leather is a proud mark of authenticity and therefore not covered by this warranty. Evidence of improper cleaning, abuse, or abnormal use of the materials will void this warranty.
FOAM AND FRAME PARTS: Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. Foam compression is natural, and therefore not covered by this warranty.
MECHANISMS: Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for inspection, labor and transportation costs.
No warranties, express or implied, apply after the expiration of this Limited Warranty. The warranty period covers repair, substitution, and replacement. No returns or refunds are covered. A proof of purchase is required to service a claim; simply present the bill of sale to the dealer from whom the item was purchased, to request warranty service. Seatcraft is not liable for incidental or consequential damages occurring outside the terms of this warranty, even if advance knowledge of such damages was possible.

Leather & stitching is top top quality!REVIEW: We first looked locally, then online at four other places for our theater chairs. After spending all that detail searching and comparing products, I know we made the correct choice. After much debate I called 4 Seating and spoke with Bob, which was very knowledgeable and even laid the phone down to go and check the length of cord the chairs had. They were packed very well, the outer boxes had damage from shipping, but chairs where all wrapped in bubble wrap inside. The quality of leather is supreme. The stitching is quality work. The electronics are all updated and it feels great to sit back and relax watching TV.
The first week we sat in them every night. Four of those nights we fell asleep in them. YES they are that comfortable. I was so sure I had made a mistake by ordering this large of a purchase online without seeing, touching, sitting in, and yes smelling it first. BUT they are most definitely exactly as advertised, they are truly great chairs, and I’m very happy we decided to buy them. If you’re debating, go ahead and order them, you’ll not regret it! Great chairs, Great Service.REVIEW: We have been very impressed with our purchase of the Diamante theatre seats. Alex & Andrew were both very knowledgeable of all the chair options, answered numerous questions for us and set realistic expectations on when we could expect delivery.
Our chairs arrived within 3 weeks. All 4 were in great condition and had all the parts. I must admit I was quite concerned about spending this much money for an online purchase without being able see or sit in the chair and many of the previous online comments/reviews were scary, but this has been a great purchase and overall experience. I will definitely make additional purchases from 4Seating.com. Great job & thanks. - Jenny W.

Best Chair YetREVIEW: I recently ordered 4 Seatcraft Diamante black leather chairs from 4seating and they are wonderful chairs! They are extremely comfortable and have just the right amount of adjustments with the power recline and power headrests. The lighting is a really cool blue tone and it creates a really nice mood. They are incredibly comfortable and I can see why these chairs have a higher price point then others... It is because they are a very high quality chair and are worth the money I spent on them.
