REVIEW: My couch arrived in August 2023, the installers were very professional. Everyone loved it, functionality, looks, even the smell of leather. I had no regrets. A few weeks later one of the cushions had a problem. I contacted customer service and was helped by Megan and Regina, both were attentive, offered great follow-up and professionalism. They saw to it that a new one would be shipped out and installed, free of charge. The shipment took a couple of months, but that was not their fault. Thus far, 4-Seating has demonstrated they stand behind their products and so I strongly recommend doing business with them. This beautiful couch was worth every penny and it has exceeded my expectations.

REVIEW: We do love this couch, it is top quality, love that it's made in USA. We basically love everything about it, except we just wish it had a bit more cushion feel to it. I don't want to say we wish it were more comfortable, because it is comfortable in its own way. Maybe over time we'll break it in a bit more. It just seems a bit harder than we hoped it would be, would have liked a more cushion feel that you can sink into a bit. Besides that, it's fantastic, we're pleased with it. It's a lot of fun, actually. The blue lights are really nice for ambience. Lots of cupholders, a big storage compartment (I store a thin blanket in it and still have room for more), the tray tables are nice, although they do cut off the access to the cup holders that are on the arms of the chairs, which is a bit of a shame, glad we have the cup holders in the middle to take over when we're using the tray tables.

REVIEW: I just had such an awesome experience with these guys, and I wanted to share so you know what type of business owners are behind this business.
I have been shopping for a recliner for months because I'm a quadriplegic and have chronic pain, and it's more complicated to find the perfect chair. The owner and his brother who works with them both helped us the moment we got there and ended up encouraging us to feel free to stay and keep looking as long as we want. They ended up happily staying for over an hour and a half late to make sure we could transfer and sit on every chair that we wanted. They were super friendly, patient, and we did not feel pressured at all to hurry or to make a purchase. We found the perfect recliner couch, and they gave us a great deal on it, and he even threw in white glove delivery because obviously I can't help move the couch. The couch we bought was one that they manufacture, and the quality plus all of the features have my friends blown away.
Thank you guys so much for all the help and we are loving the couch!
