Monterey Leather Home Theater Seating Single Recliner

REVIEW: We bought a new Samsung NEO OLED 75 inch TV to replace our aged Pioneer Elite 64 inch Digital TV and needed some new seating to update our aged couch. Our good friends in the hood have several these SEATCRAFT chairs so I bought a pair of their Monterey Recliners in black and they are perfect plus my wife is happy too! The sales person was great and the JB Hunt delivery went off flawlessly. The delivery crew were as pleasant as could be. We paid for the white glove set up and trash haul away but after watching that process, I think next time I’d just go with the delivery as the set up is unpacking the base seat and the back which aren’t that heavy and once the base seat is on the floor the back just needs to be plugged into the seat, then snap the seat back into place and plug it in. Presto! Our neighborhood picks up boxes and there is no styrofoam. Our media room is greatly improved! Maybe should have gotten the 85 inch NEO though…

REVIEW: We have been looking for recliners for almost 6 months. The last one we got was from Ashley Furniture and it didn't last but 1 year. So needless to say we were very hesitant to purchase online without seeing or sitting in one. However talking to Eric we felt reassured that these would be a good fit. The chairs are made very well and are comfortable even for my wife. She can sit in it and her feet don't touch the floor. She is 5'7". She had a problem with the Ashley recliner to where her head was pushed forward from the head rest. She doesn't have that problem in these recliners. The quality is outstanding and the customer service we received from Eris was excellent! We are looking to purchase one for our son! Absolutely a 10 all around from us. Thank you Eric!

REVIEW: We purchased 2 Monterey recliners, plus a sofa from 4 seating. After looking at furniture stores comparing quality, & prices, we chose this company. The chairs a

rrived packaged with much care, in cloth bags, then cardboard boxes, sitting on wood pallets.. After 2 weeks I noticed one of the chairs was leaning to one side. I phoned Brittany at the company and was so surprised at how wonderful, and quickly, the problem was handled. That was a big reason why we chose 4seating.com was their ratings and comments from customers about how great they handled customer service. It was definitely true! After texting a photo of my chair, I was told they were shipping me out a new chair at no charge. Fantastic company, standing by their products if a problem should arise. Also a plus Brittany was very professional, polite, a dream to work while handling our problem quickly, with great concern for us as her customers. My husband and I highly recommend this company. REVIEW: From the moment Zack answered my call, to the moment the chairs were delivered all exceeded my expectations! I searched for a seating to replace our couch for over a year. I have never purchased furniture online without trying it first. Zack answered all of my questions with patience, professionalism, and extensive knowledge about the products available. This was by far the best experience and I highly recommend this company. The chairs are so comfy that all 5 of us claimed our chair, and got right in to get cozy and watch a movie. The only downside I can possibly think of is that they are so comfy I we may never get out of them to do anything else now. Thanks again Zack for such a flawless experience!
