I ordered four Monterey chairs, configured with a loveseat in the middle for my sports-themed basement tv room. There was a bit of a delay in shipping from CA (I am in VA), but all in all white glove delivery went off without a hitch.

The quality of these chairs is impeccable, from the top grain leather to the sturdy construction. And so comfortable, I can block out the world for hours. Great to look at, as well!

Whether you go with the Monterey or not, I highly recommend the adjustable neck support.
