We purchased 2 Monterey recliners, plus a sofa from 4 seating. After looking at furniture stores comparing quality, & prices, we chose this company. The chairs a

rrived packaged with much care, in cloth bags, then cardboard boxes, sitting on wood pallets.. After 2 weeks I noticed one of the chairs was leaning to one side. I phoned Brittany at the company and was so surprised at how wonderful, and quickly, the problem was handled. That was a big reason why we chose 4seating.com was their ratings and comments from customers about how great they handled customer service. It was definitely true! After texting a photo of my chair, I was told they were shipping me out a new chair at no charge. Fantastic company, standing by their products if a problem should arise. Also a plus Brittany was very professional, polite, a dream to work while handling our problem quickly, with great concern for us as her customers. My husband and I highly recommend this company.
