The communication regarding the delivery of the sofas was horrible! Called because I was interested in another set that was the “Leather Gel” material. My salesman, Alex, recommended to me to opt out of the white glove delivery service @ $199 per sofa and put that money towards a set that was made of genuine leather because it would be a better investment of the extra $. He told me that basically my husband and a buddy could bring this furniture in and we could set it up ourselves. I appreciated the recommendation, took his word that it would be that easy and ordered this set in the genuine leather. He told me that I would get a shipping confirmation with the tracking information of the delivery from the warehouse in California to the local warehouse. From there, we would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery time. - JM
