Showed up on time. One of the lighted cup holders didn’t work. The left seat didn’t work until I got under it and found that the power plug was out. Not super soft and not quite as comfortable as I would like. Note: this chair is super heavy. The driver dropped it in the middle of my drive way and left. I had to get in my house and up a flight of spiral stairs. Pay extra for in home delivery and set up. Well worth it.
I am amending my original review. The company contacted me following my original review. They wanted to address my issues. They sent me replacement parts for the cup holder and wanted to have a technician come over and repair it. I was able to replace the cup holder on my own and it works fine. If you purchase this chair make sure that all the connections are good. The various lights and motors are all plugged in and can come loose during shipment. It is a great chair.
