REVIEW: We bought this couch on 12/4/2019 and I'm finally writing a review. This is the most well-constructed sofa I've ever seen in my life. It's VERY heavy - several hundred pounds would be my guess. It came in separate boxes and the boxes didn't fit through the door frames (standard 36" doors) so we unboxed it on the front porch and gently turned things sideways and pulled it into the house and then through our bedroom door. Then assembled it very easily. Don't know how we'll get it back out of our room if we ever decide to move, but that's a problem for a different day. After 4 years of use, this couch looks identical to the day we bought it with one exception; the headrest on my husband's side has a spot that his head has worn the leather down. He's bald and shaves his head, so those "whiskers" have rubbed off a little bit of the leather, but it's not noticeable. None of the mechanisms, USB ports, lights, hinges, or tables have suffered any damage or wear after 4 years of many-hours-a-day use. I'm just absolutely thoroughly impressed. I've owned many sofas and have never had one that I thought was worth the money I spent on it. This absolutely was.

REVIEW: Showed up on time. One of the lighted cup holders didn’t work. The left seat didn’t work until I got under it and found that the power plug was out. Not super soft and not quite as comfortable as I would like. Note: this chair is super heavy. The driver dropped it in the middle of my drive way and left. I had to get in my house and up a flight of spiral stairs. Pay extra for in home delivery and set up. Well worth it.
I am amending my original review. The company contacted me following my original review. They wanted to address my issues. They sent me replacement parts for the cup holder and wanted to have a technician come over and repair it. I was able to replace the cup holder on my own and it works fine. If you purchase this chair make sure that all the connections are good. The various lights and motors are all plugged in and can come loose during shipment. It is a great chair.

REVIEW: The overall experience with 4seating was great. Jesse was very helpful with all of my questions. I've had my new sofa for a week now and love it. It is quality made. The accessory integration is seamless. I ordered the wireless phone charging holder but it did not come with the sofa. I called and they had it in the mail that same day. I will be using 4 seating for my future purchases.

REVIEW: The Omega couch is extremely comfortable. I had a problem with the headrest staying up, but I called Alex, and he took care of the problem immediately.

The couch is amazingly comfortable and has excellent lumbar support. I am a short person, so my legs don't reach the floor. however, that doesn't matter because I prefer the reclined position. Very comfortable!.

REVIEW: I called cause I was unsure about delivery and options. It was easy fast and convenient. It looks awesome in my house. Its soo comfortable. Love it
