My couch arrived in August 2023, the installers were very professional. Everyone loved it, functionality, looks, even the smell of leather. I had no regrets. A few weeks later one of the cushions had a problem. I contacted customer service and was helped by Megan and Regina, both were attentive, offered great follow-up and professionalism. They saw to it that a new one would be shipped out and installed, free of charge. The shipment took a couple of months, but that was not their fault. Thus far, 4-Seating has demonstrated they stand behind their products and so I strongly recommend doing business with them. This beautiful couch was worth every penny and it has exceeded my expectations.
