He was very friendly and helpful with assisting me in troubleshooting my problem. It was an easy fix and John walked me through what I needed to do. He stayed on the phone with me while I fixed the problem.

REVIEW: We were going to buy some home theater seats and after looking online saw that this company had a showroom in La Habra Ca. After telling the sales person what we were looking for he showed us several options. We had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable about lumbar support, warranties, seat construction and shipping times. We even changed our minds a couple times and he was very patient.

We have owned the seats for a week, so this is not a long-term review, but we could not be any more satisfied by the quality of the seats and the outstanding service provided by 4seating.com, and in particular the assistance Bob Wheelan. We had gone back and forth between different models. Bob Wheelan gave us a very knowledgeable description of the merits of each unit. Bob sent us various estimates and called us back a number of times to answer questions, in particular related to the fit of the sits on the theater room, and to make sure that all the information was clear and transparent. The shipment of the seats was very timely and things were followed up by Bob at 4seating.com. These days, it is hard to find such an outstanding and knowledgeable customer service, so if you are on the fence, do not hesitate to purchase from 4seating.com.
