I purchased my Apex seats over two years ago and Iwas having issues with one of the headrests last week; I called customer support and spoke with John Jasso. He was very friendly and helpful with assisting me in troubleshooting my problem. It was an easy fix and John walked me through what I needed to do. He stayed on the phone with me while I fixed the problem.
