REVIEW: I work from home and spend all day in my chair. I needed a chair that would support my size and give my neck and back support. This chair is perfect! Not too hard and not too soft, just right. The leather feels great. Delivery was smooth, tipped the guys twenty bucks to carry it upstairs for me and they also put it together, which was just putting on the back and hook up power. Took all of 3 minutes. Power controls are easy and convenient and the lights are cool. Very satisfied!

REVIEW: Love this chair! not a fan of the lumbar support but if you just set it all the way down it's just fine and out of the way, still love the head rest so I prefer this model over all other chairs. were I to design my own, I'd add a dc cigarette lighter port so you could add your own vehicle type add ons like a fast charger for example. the usb is nice but it doesn't support fast chargers. also the buttons light up when I use them which I like and wish I could make them stay on, also the lumbar support and the head rest buttons are positioned differently on mine than in the pic they show here, plus there's a button to turn on the blue ambient light, which reminds me of Darth Vader as I recline and see the blue LEDs all over the room. overall I Love this chair so much I can't complain, but I would like to see another model that lets me configure it to my wants more.
