I work from home and spend all day in my chair. I needed a chair that would support my size and give my neck and back support. This chair is perfect! Not too hard and not too soft, just right. The leather feels great. Delivery was smooth, tipped the guys twenty bucks to carry it upstairs for me and they also put it together, which was just putting on the back and hook up power. Took all of 3 minutes. Power controls are easy and convenient and the lights are cool. Very satisfied!
