Love this chair! not a fan of the lumbar support but if you just set it all the way down it's just fine and out of the way, still love the head rest so I prefer this model over all other chairs. were I to design my own, I'd add a dc cigarette lighter port so you could add your own vehicle type add ons like a fast charger for example. the usb is nice but it doesn't support fast chargers. also the buttons light up when I use them which I like and wish I could make them stay on, also the lumbar support and the head rest buttons are positioned differently on mine than in the pic they show here, plus there's a button to turn on the blue ambient light, which reminds me of Darth Vader as I recline and see the blue LEDs all over the room. overall I Love this chair so much I can't complain, but I would like to see another model that lets me configure it to my wants more.
