SoundShaker Seat Vibration Kit

I purchased a kit of Sound Shakers w/ amp for use on my existing Seatcraft Rialto chairs (I bought from 4seating a bit over 5 years ago, still holding up great btw) and they are awesome! I ended up hardwiring the amp with my rear subwoofer (instead of using the transmitter, though I tested it wirelessly and it worked ok that way also) and ended up getting the extra two transducers to outfit all my seats in my smallish home theater. With the gain at 6/10 and the crossover for the Sound Shakers set at 60Hz, they will only step in for those extra deep notes from explosions and background LFE which is an awesome supplement to what my subwoofers are putting out. There was a slight snafu with receiving a couple transducers without mounting brackets, but 4seating’s support line answered quickly and shipped out replacements to me that arrived ready for install. Screw the mounting brackets in as close to the actual seat of your chairs as possible to maximize the vibration into your butt vs into your floor. This meant I installed the transducers underneath the seats of my front row chairs (on the inside of the back wooden frame of the seats themselves) and I installed the transducers on the outside of the same back seat frames on my rear seats (which have built-in risers) as it was not possible to get under the seat easily on those. This keeps the transducers concealed inside my front seats and my back seats the transducers protrude outward slightly under the leather cover flaps, but they can still velcro close, aren’t noticeable (as they are near the wall) and still have plenty of clearance from the wall. Highly recommended these Sound Shakes AND purchasing them from 4seating also!
