REVIEW: I received my SeatCraft Equinox furniture this week, and couldn’t be happier. Seats are very comfortable and easy to assemble. I contacted Stargate regarding a cable I needed for my Sound Shaker and received a call back immediately and took care of it. I have also bought a couple of accessories and received them within a few days. Great product. Great company.

REVIEW: I have now had the Recliner for 5 months. It's a very comfortable well made, top quality leather chair. The Power Features work well as do the lights. The storage in both armrests is quite ample. One thing that would be nice is if the leg motors would work separately from the back. I find myself having to to go through all the motions every time I want to get up to get a snack, go to the bathroom, or get up for any reason. (Might be a balance issue with doing this) Glad I bought the extended 5 year warranty for the motors! (Hopefully won't need it). I also paid the extra $19.99 to have the delivery inside my home. Very well worth it as the chair is quite heavy!

REVIEW: We purchased 4 love seats (two seats and three arms each) for our media room and they fit the space perfectly which was a concern. I had called to place the order because I was between two styles the Equinox and another style. Joseph was so extremely helpful and by telling him how we would like the chairs to feel and the features we wanted...he made his recommendation and it was perfect. We also were considering the back row seating but Joseph was great about explaining the door width needed to install and thankfully he did because the seats wouldn't have fit in our room . Thankfully, we didn't order and then have to pay the restocking fee.

As much as I love our seats, I loved the customer service from Joseph. I was concerned about ordering seats I have never sat in online...they aren't necessarily cheap. So, I highly recommend calling to place your order...I think you will feel more confident in your purchase.

Our previous seats did not have a tray and I'm surprised at how much I really love having a tray. An extra feature that I'm unexpectedly loving.
