I have been online looking for theater seating for months and came to this website and thought I'm going to call to order instead of doing it online. I am so glad I did. Zach took care of us and explained in detail the warranty, white glove service, the different types of leather and the delivery process. We received the 4 seatcraft serenity back row chairs and they are so comfortable and very high quality. I would recommend with this specific seat, to order a couple head rest cushions for when you recline.

I will be recommending this company to friends that are looking.
