I was skeptical of buying furniture online without trying it, but it turned out well. The furniture came very quickly. I got the white glove install and it was worth every penny. They've done it before and know how it works and goes together! The furniture is comfortable, works well and is very sturdy. There's only a couple things. The footrest doesn't go up very far. I wish it was higher. The headrests are sort of firm, and the message feature is a bit noisy, but feels pretty good.
