I was skeptical about calling 4seating.com because people will over sell you a product tell you how great and wonderful it is and when you get it its a piece of junk. Finally I made the call after looking at the seats for months online and to my surprise the customer service representative wasn't trying to sell me.

But he did put my mind at ease making such a large purchase without seeing it first I purchased the Pantheon recliners. Needless to say I'm enjoying my chairs I would like to add that Joseph was great he was patient took time to listen and was genuinely trying to answer my concerns anytime I had a concern I was able to call and leave a message Joseph called me back I think he even called me back once or twice on his off days
