Definitely splurge for the White Glove service! These are big chairs and not easy to assemble. This is one of the smartest decisions we made, furniture-wise. We consume a lot of entertainment, and we've never been so comfortable. The power headrests are an amazing feature, as is the lumbar support, and we got the big and tall because we are. If you are tall, I highly recommend getting it. These chairs have been an incredible way to enjoy movies and tv. They have cup holders, and a tray/table, and lighting. They are also very comfortable if you fall asleep. Well worth the cost.
