Love these chairs!

I researched chairs for several months before purchasing the Monterey. I purchased 3 standard seats for the front row and 4 tiered seats for my back row. My back row configuration is with a loveseat in the middle. I have 2 young kids and I thought my family would "cuddle" in this loveseat. Turns out we don't cuddle as much, but I don't regret the decision for the loveseat option.

In doing my research, I called the customer service team a lot and asked some crazy questions. They were always SO nice and SO helpful. Seriously, this is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!! I asked them to go to the showroom and turn the chairs upsidedown (so I could see if a floor plug would get covered up by a chair - answer is yes). I asked them to measure the exact width of the chairs to see if they would squeeze through my doorway - after talking with the customer service agent about my doorway configuration we decided the chairs would fit through my door,,,, and it turns out they did.

We love the configuration we got with 4 seats in the back and 3 in the front. I personally feel like I am someone who could benefit from lumbar support, but we liked the Monterey and it didn't have that so a pillow does just fine. With the loveseat configuration, the buttons for reclining are in between seats.

We ordered the white glove service but had a mix up in delivery. The delivery guy just dropped them all off in my driveway but was really nice to move them all into my garage. Again, I spoke with 4seating's customer service and they got the white glove service out immediately.

It has been nearly a year since we received the seats and we're still very happy customers. One of our loveseats got stuck in recline position so we are working with the warranty group to get that fixed. Again, customer service has been great.
