We love the Big and Tall Seatcraft Julius recliner chair! Great fit, fantastic extras (cup holders, bins, adjustable headrest, and blue lights)! Zack F. provided excellent customer service - answered my questions, called me back, explained the features and different shipping methods. Easy-to-follow instructions on putting the 2 chair pieces together. Packaged very well! Thank you!
