Within a couple of hours after posting my negative review here, I was contacted by a super nice and helpful employee at 4seating who was able to sort my issue out!

I am increasing my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star, subject to potential updates!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because e-mail support needs a lot of work still. The employee I spoke with mentioned bringing it up to the company president, and I hope it is acted upon and improved. If it is (and I hope it is!), I will happily increase this to 5 stars.

Thank you 4seating for salvaging the situation, and especially Lynn for her diligent assistance, great customer service makes all of the difference in the world!
