This is Top Quality Furniture! I'm so glad I worked with Bob, he not only listened to my particular needs, he also steered me right to what I wanted...And Boy Did he ever Hit the nail on the head! Thanks Bunches Bob! So Glad we got the Euphorbia Sofa and matching Chair....They are not only EXTRAORDINARLY Comfy {major nap causers..I keep finding a "new" favorite setting), They are really great looking!
The units not only arrived a couple of days earlier than the set date, but the driver called the night before to set up a good time! He was wonderful, as far as being on time and was very helpful too!
The units were packaged quite professionally and very practical as how it was arranged also. It all came through the front door easily. Assembly was simple, very basic actually, the wiring was all color coated plug and play...The backs went on in a snap.... it only took a few minutes for all that, we actually waited longer for it all to warm up as it was cold out and it had all gotten very cold on the truck, so we let it get warm before assembling anything.
It was incredible to have the heat and massage after doing all that day! This really is a fine addition to our living room/ home theater, let alone the benefits of getting on in years and having this to enjoy on our crisp Colorado evenings!
The only thing I've noticed is that this is a very heavy sofa... we got some large carpet coasters that really help to move it. Then, well, it worries me with the looks that the living room now needs to be spiffed up to match the furniture...Hmmm....Ka Ching...Ka Ching...
