"I placed the order for 3 home theater seats in red color and got email from Anna next day that those seats are not available in red color. She offered me higher model in red color which I accepted happily. Got the seats in a week time. Assembling the seats was very easy. There was two parts in every seat which was very easy to assemble. I am very pleased with seats and service. Thanks Anna!"
