Was looking for a good quality sofa with all the bells and whistles and found 4seating online. Did a bit of research and decided to go for it. Shipping and delivery were fast and easy, and when one of the power plugs had damaged prongs due to cold and normal shipping process, all it took was 1 phone call on a Friday and a new one was here by Monday, on a holiday weekend! Sofa is so comfortable, the perfect combination of soft and sturdy, and the heat and massage is to die for. Wireless charging in the console and tray tables like at the movies are wonderful touches that make this sofa worth every penny!
