When it comes to making a purchase of this nature where we do not have the opportunity to sit on the furniture, we were somewhat hesitant as to construction, comfort, the mechanics and overall feel of the furniture. Though I tend to review specifications and technical data that are available, seldom does it answer all of my questions. Your representative “Jesse Valderrama” however was able to fill in the gaps, explain the different models and address the issues in question. Jesse was patient and empathetic to our needs and concerns. Jesse fielded a number of calls and follow up questions over a series of days. His efforts helped us overcome any concerns associated with our purchase, the configuration we needed and the quality/construction of the units.
