This couch as a marvel! Lots of features and very sturdy for a big guy like me. The wireless phone charger is a great bonus. Very comfortable especially with the adjustable headrest!

Customer service was great as well. I had a few items that were resolved by Lynn and her crew (take my advice: order direct for better pricing, not Amazon).

Couch was delivered promptly and no issues with shipping.
