I purchased 2 recliners from 4 seating. The quality of the recliners I received, the level of workmanship, and the comfort of the recliners was off the charts great. I was apprehensive about buying these recliners online, but I decided to take the plunge anyway because I was tired of the garbage recliners they sell in the furniture stores (which never support my back properly).
I had a slight issue with one of the add-ons I purchased, and had to go through customer service to get resolved. I started out with Richard V (who did a great job) and Jon J followed up with me. Jon was truly outstanding, doing everything he promised and more. There are a lot of horror stories out there when purchasing stuff online, however 4seating really delivered on a great product and great customer service
