REVIEW: JOSEPH is the man!!!! Love The Product
Giving out 5 stars. Joseph was my salesman. He provided me with all the info on these seats. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. We had several conversations on color options and the differences between the chairs I was looking at. I chose these over the Diamante. I’m not saying these are better because I’ve never sat in one of those chairs.

I was hesitant to purchase these chairs (Row of 3 and 2 individual chairs) because I wasn’t able to sit or touch them. The chairs are expensive. I feel they’re worth the money for the support and size of seats. I am 6ft 2. Now that they are here I’m so glad I decided to buy. They are very comfortable, the quality of the leather is even better than I expected.

The boxes were wrapped nicely when they arrived, all the things inside were great.

I’m glad I chose this option. I watched the two gentleman un package the boxes and bring the chairs up to my room and set them up. I said yes money well spent. These chairs are solid and heavy.

REVIEW: The number of choices on the 4Seating website were a little overwhelming, so I called the contact number to help me identify which product and configuration would suit my needs the best. I am so glad I called because Joseph was incredibly helpful with the selection process. He was very quick and thorough answering my questions, without making me feel pressured at all towards any particular answer.

After a week of identifying which options were the most important for me, I selected the Pantheon chairs. As someone who comes from a "large" family, the big and tall (accommodates up to 400 lbs per seat) was perfect! The Pantheon also has powered recline, headrest and lumbar, which were my original "must haves."

Fortunately, the brown Pantheon chairs were in stock so I received my 4-chair system within a week. I was very impressed with the frame construction and the quality of the leather. Also, after debating whether to buy the SoundShaker amplifier, I am so glad I did - it adds quite a bit to the "cool factor" with guests. They were also very easy to assemble. The hardest part was carrying them upstairs to my theater room. Needless to say, I am very happy with the whole experience and enjoying my chairs every day.

REVIEW: I'm 6'4" and 390 lbs. The chair is very comfortable and doesn't feel or sound strained in any way. Very comfortable. The storage areas under each armrest are too far back to be used comfortably while seated in the chair but hey, just stand up, get out what you need, and sit back down. I also would prefer the cupholders all the way forward and then put the controls either up around the cupholders or topside somewhere but the controls are still pretty good/easy. This is a big chair and even at my size, very comfortable! Yet, I was considering getting a 3 seat row of the same top-of-the-line but a little smaller seat for my 5'6" - 140 lb wife but she is also comfortable in this oversized theater chair so for the exact same money (as the smaller Seatcraft Equinox) why buy the smaller ones? That way I can sit in my large single Pantheon recliner or the triple or double set beside my wife. Some of the larger seating I've purchased is uncomfortable for her smaller size, but she likes this!
Consider buying a 2 or 3-in-1 hand truck for moving the base around and up or down stairs if necessary. The one in the first pic has a spring loaded fold down long lifting platform. I added the two small casters to make it usable laid down and rolled it right to where I wanted it with ease. Amazon has many choices for 2 or 3-in-1 hand trucks. I would definitely recommend the Seatcraft Pantheon and it is bigger and sturdier than anything at the HUGE furniture place in Omaha. No comparison! Love it!

REVIEW: Like everyone else I was hesitant to purchase my seating without actually seeing it and trying it out. I spent a lot of money on the TV and sound system and wanted quality seats. Joseph was my salesperson and very helpful. I wanted to order a different seat and since I am 6'5" he suggested to go with the Pantheon seats for big and tall. The seats are awesome but had a couple of issues. Sierra in customer service is a rockstar and helped resolve the issues. Seats are 10 out of 10 and customer service is 10 out of 10. I would not hesitate buying from this company and will be doing business with them again in the future.
