Seatcraft Serenity BACKROW® Theater Seats

REVIEW: I have been online looking for theater seating for months and came to this website and thought I'm going to call to order instead of doing it online. I am so glad I did. Zach took care of us and explained in detail the warranty, white glove service, the different types of leather and the delivery process. We received the 4 seatcraft serenity back row chairs and they are so comfortable and very high quality. I would recommend with this specific seat, to order a couple head rest cushions for when you recline.

I will be recommending this company to friends that are looking.

REVIEW: I have had my three seat set for about two weeks now and am very happy. The quality, the leather and the color are all as advertised.

We accepted curbside delivery, to our garage door. Each seat comes in one box, assembly is easy, sliding the back and locking it onto the base unit. Plug it in and you are ready to go. I read all the negative reviews after I made the purchase but wanted to report my experience. Very positive.

REVIEW: Ordered a back row and standard row of Serenity chairs for my home theatre. The fit & finish on the chairs is very high quality and they look like they belong in a high-end mansion style theatre. I'm tall 6-4 and they fit me great and are very comfortable. My kids love them and enjoy the power feature. The blue LED is cool and the swivel table is very useful for holding my ipad and laptop when you are working from home. The storage area in the armrest is also a nice touch as it holds the table. They also look sharp with the built in leather riser so that saved me from having to build something. Shipping went well and they come nicely packed on a pallet in a well packed box. Great staff to talk with on the phone if you need help understanding the differences across models/brands. Love everything about the purchase and don't regret spending the money. They complete the basement theatre build! Thank you 4seating!! Mike / Canton

REVIEW: I had been shopping for theater chairs for the past 4 months until I ran across the Seatcraft Serenity chairs. They seemed too good to be true so I was a little worried about them not being high quality or comfortable but after speaking with Bob at 4Seating (who was super helpful) I was pretty sure they were the ones and took a chance.

When they arrived I could not believe the quality and comfort, the leather is soft and the chair is even better than I expected. I highly recommend them, you won’t be sorry.

REVIEW: These seats are amazing and at a really good price ! The perfect touch to any home theatre . My family and friends all love it . My buddy has the best home theatre system with an outstanding projector but he is like a kid at the candy store when he comes to my house . Those seats make all the difference .

I wanted to get the back row that they offer where you don’t need a riser but instead of just selling it he asked me how wide my doorway was to my basement and immediately told me it would not fit. That’s great that he wasn’t just being an order taker it saved me from a huge mistake. I couldn’t imagine having to send those back as they are heavy due to being well built. If you’re thinking of getting theatre seating ask for Alex !
