Ordered this on Monday 4/20 after speaking with Zachary from Seatcraft. Wife and I originally had our sights set on the Europa, but Zachary suggested the Anthem as its made of top grain leather where as the Europa is made of gel leather. Same features on both and not much difference in price for a much better material. It was great advice which we followed.

I placed the order and Zachary told me the item will ship on 4/21 to a local mover near me and they would contact me in a day or two after they received it to schedule delivery. I opted not to do the white glove service as I’m handy and Zachary said that although the couch was heavy, the backrests were not attached and could be carried individually, two people should be able to manage carrying the base. Based on that guidance, I went with curbside drop. If I can offer advice: For the love of God and all that is holy. do NOT do curbside delivery. The couch is incredibly heavy. If your situation requires carrying the couch up or down stairs, pay the 199 and have them do the heavy work. I wound up hiring local movers to come and move it.

Remember I said Zachary told me to expect a call from the delivery company? That never happened. Dude just arrived on Wednesday 4/23 and I was totally unprepared. It made for a long and inconvenient afternoon sitting outside guarding my new couch chillin on the sidewalk while waiting for last minute hired movers to arrive. So not very happy about the delivery experience.

Couch itself: Pretty comfortable and enjoy it a lot. But some annoying small defects. 1. Seam on back of couch has a two inch defect where the threads are frayed/missing. 2. The leather is sagging where it should sit flush and tight under the center power console (on fold out middle table). 3. The post that secures the armrest table into the armrest keeps popping out, making the table unusable. Pics attached. I’ve contacted 4Seating today and I’m waiting on a response.

Not as big a deal, but I thought this company makes their couches in the USA. Their website speaks of the company origins in California, but the manufacturing label on my couch indicates it was made in Vietnam.

Warranty support is great. For issues 1 and 2 described above, Seatcraft responded with acceptable solutions within 24 hours. They are sending me a new chair back for issue 1 (will take few weeks but I'm ok with that), and they provided me instructions on how to fix the table holder (super easy and quick fix). Waiting on a response for issue 3 but I did not address that with them until today. Thus far, I'm very happy with their responsiveness and support with my concerns.

Overall, its a very good product, quite comfortable and the accessories are very nice. Some shoddy workmanship on the finishing touches are frustrating, but their warranty support and quick response to correct these issues has been very good. The delivery service could have been better, but I realize they outsource that part. Had the delivery experience been better, I would have rated at 5 stars. This is a great company to do business with, reasonably priced considering this product is a top grain leather power recliner sofa. I would buy furniture from them again.

REVIEW: Real leather! Quality and comfort, very heavy and sturdy well worth the high price. Perfect for my man cave/office. The stitching is gorgeous, motor for recline powerful and quite, impressed with the little needed spacing in the back for full recline. Can’t say enough, great. Customer service ordering through the phone and then paying with PayPal invoice to ensure payment!

REVIEW: When searching for a Home theater sofa in October 2019, I had an opportunity to visit their large, clean showroom and test out all the sofas on display without any pressure to purchase that day. I Purchased the Anthem in black in November 2019 with white glove delivery and it arrived the 2nd week in December 2019. Within 1 month I was sitting on my brand new sofa that arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend and purchase from 4seating.com for anyone that wants a high quality product and excellent customer service!
