REVIEW: First of all I want to say I was apprehensive to buy a piece of furniture that cost this much without the ability to sit in it and look at the quality. That being said I would not hesitate to buy this again, it is everything I was hoping for and more. The quality is exceptional in every way.

Anna was our sales person and she did everything she possibly could have done to make this purchase as easy as possible.
She did mention that the white glove delivery would be worth it because of the weight of the sofa, I thought it would be no problem with myself and a neighbor, well let me tell you all, this was the heaviest piece of furniture I've ever moved, you either need four strong men there to do this or it probably can't be done. I would suggest paying the extra money for the white glove delivery it would be well worth the money.

REVIEW: When it comes to making a purchase of this nature where we do not have the opportunity to sit on the furniture, we were somewhat hesitant as to construction, comfort, the mechanics and overall feel of the furniture. Though I tend to review specifications and technical data that are available, seldom does it answer all of my questions. Your representative “Jesse Valderrama” however was able to fill in the gaps, explain the different models and address the issues in question. Jesse was patient and empathetic to our needs and concerns. Jesse fielded a number of calls and follow up questions over a series of days. His efforts helped us overcome any concerns associated with our purchase, the configuration we needed and the quality/construction of the units.
