The chair itself is of a regular size, but its armrests are less wide than the standard, allowing it to conserve space without discomfort. The customer is protected by the following Limited Warranty, which applies to seats under normal indoor residential use. This warranty does not apply to seats used for commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:Seatcraft provides (1) one year comprehensive coverage for all components such as materials, foam and frame parts, and mechanisms including motorized parts from defective materials or workmanship.
MATERIAL:Normal fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching is not covered by this warranty. Similarly, the natural markings, stretching, and shrinking of leather is a proud mark of authenticity and therefore not covered by this warranty. Evidence of improper cleaning, abuse, or abnormal use of the materials will void this warranty.
FOAM AND FRAME PARTS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. Foam compression is natural, and therefore not covered by this warranty.
MECHANISMS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for inspection, labor and transportation costs.
No warranties, express or implied, apply after the expiration of this Limited Warranty. The warranty period covers repair, substitution, and replacement. No returns or refunds are covered. A proof of purchase is required to service a claim; simply present the bill of sale to the dealer from whom the item was purchased, to request warranty service. Seatcraft is not liable for incidental or consequential damages occurring outside the terms of this warranty, even if advance knowledge of such damages was possible.

Best find I’ve had I a long time!
First off let me start by saying, when I ordered my seats online it only took 3 weeks to be delivered and installed! Now to continue, I am so glad that I found this website, and their products! I absolutely love these seats!! Very space saver friendly, comfortable, and has a lot of amenities that are included, such as the removable trays, lights, USB ports, etc. I cannot count how many times I have feel asleep in them when reclined and woke up and it was the morning!!

I was pretty nervous, having spent the money on these without ever having sat in them! So when they arrived, I immediately started hauling them down to my home theater, without any help. I highly discourage doing this! While the base units will fit through a doorway, they're still big and heavy. In contrast, the backrest is very light. Since I ordered three of them, I lined up the middle one first, centered (with the right distance from rear, based on full recline position), before placing the other two. It took some time, because the seats don't attach to each other.
The LED lights will definitely spill light on your screen, as configured -- probably like a 30 degree angle. I turned mine around (snipped the zip ties), which dramatically helped.
On the negatives, they sit a little higher than I would have preferred (my 7 year old can't touch her toes to the ground when sitting in them, and the backrest is in sightline of the seats behind). Not a huge deal - we'll force people in these chairs that there's a mandatory recline, so people behind can see without being obstructed. The other thing is they're a little firmer than I was hoping.
All in all, I like them very much, and happy with my purchase!
