The Seatcraft Serenity BACKROW Theater Seating® will transport you to a calm oasis of plush comfort, and always keep you in clear view of the screen. The Serenity is built using Italian Leather, which is prized for its supple textures and lustrous appearance; this material has an unmistakable ambience that with simple maintenance, will only improve with age. The design of this home theater chair features a casual contemporary look, with clean lines and bolstered seat backs that feature padded headrests. Chaiselounger seating allows one to stretch out with ease, with a firm buttress of support that eliminates the traditional gap between the seat and footrest for head-to-toe relaxation.
Meanwhile, lighted cup holders will gently illuminate your beverages, while ambient base lighting under the seat provides a discreet means for guests to find their way in a darkened room. Seatcraft is proud of its high standards of quality and workmanship that go into our products. The customer is protected by the following Limited Warranty, which applies to seats under normal indoor residential use. This warranty does not apply to seats used for commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:Seatcraft provides (1) one year comprehensive coverage for all components such as materials, foam and frame parts, and mechanisms including motorized parts from defective materials or workmanship.
MATERIAL:Normal fabric fading, shrinking, or stretching is not covered by this warranty. Similarly, the natural markings, stretching, and shrinking of leather is a proud mark of authenticity and therefore not covered by this warranty. Evidence of improper cleaning, abuse, or abnormal use of the materials will void this warranty.
FOAM AND FRAME PARTS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. Foam compression is natural, and therefore not covered by this warranty.
MECHANISMS:Seatcraft warrants these components for (1) one year from the time of delivery, against manufacturing defects. After the warranty period, the customer is responsible for inspection, labor and transportation costs.
No warranties, express or implied, apply after the expiration of this Limited Warranty. The warranty period covers repair, substitution, and replacement. No returns or refunds are covered. A proof of purchase is required to service a claim; simply present the bill of sale to the dealer from whom the item was purchased, to request warranty service. Seatcraft is not liable for incidental or consequential damages occurring outside the terms of this warranty, even if advance knowledge of such damages was possible.

Home theatre comfort and style
We have no reason to ever go to a theater again. Instead we brought the theater home. The seats are super comfy, and fit perfect in my theater. I love that I had seating options to make the best of the space that I had. The backrow seating option saved us on having to build a raised floor. Highly recommend these seats.

I have been online looking for theater seating for months and came to this website and thought I'm going to call to order instead of doing it online. I am so glad I did. Zach took care of us and explained in detail the warranty, white glove service, the different types of leather and the delivery process. We received the 4 seatcraft serenity back row chairs and they are so comfortable and very high quality. I would recommend with this specific seat, to order a couple head rest cushions for when you recline.

What an upgrade to the mancave!
I have had my three seat set for about two weeks now and am very happy. The quality, the leather and the color are all as advertised.
We accepted curbside delivery, to our garage door. Each seat comes in one box, assembly is easy, sliding the back and locking it onto the base unit. Plug it in and you are ready to go. I read all the negative reviews after I made the purchase but wanted to report my experience. Very positive.
Outstanding - completes the home theatre!!
Ordered a back row and standard row of Serenity chairs for my home theatre. The fit & finish on the chairs is very high quality and they look like they belong in a high-end mansion style theatre. I'm tall 6-4 and they fit me great and are very comfortable. My kids love them and enjoy the power feature. The blue LED is cool and the swivel table is very useful for holding my ipad and laptop when you are working from home. The storage area in the armrest is also a nice touch as it holds the table. They also look sharp with the built in leather riser so that saved me from having to build something. Shipping went well and they come nicely packed on a pallet in a well packed box. Great staff to talk with on the phone if you need help understanding the differences across models/brands. Love everything about the purchase and don't regret spending the money. I had been shopping for theater chairs for the past 4 months until I ran across the Seatcraft Serenity chairs.
