Serenity Italian Leather Home Theater Seating

High quality, comfortable, and feels like I’m sitting in a real theater. We got backrow seating with built-in risers and regular front row. Very happy with the purchase. Easy to order; prices are more competitive than local furniture stores we checked out. Free delivery was good. Seats are heavy and will require two people to lift but very easy to put together once in place.

They are very comfortable, easy to use and look fantastic. I was hesitant to buy them on line without trying them out but it was a great decision. One of the best purchase! I love them!

Great service and quality. We love them.

I bought these chairs about 5 years ago and they’re still holding strong and comfortable as ever! The price was cheaper back then of course, but still worth the buy!

I like my seats a lot

I highly recommend connecting with Bob directly by calling him before purchasing your chairs online. Bob will guide you in choosing the best chairs to suit your needs. There are several options available which could easily be missed if you were just looking at the website alone. After my phone call with Bob I was confident in what I had selected and was eagerly anticipating the seats being delivered. The seats delivery was an easy process, it took a few follow up phone calls but nothing too terrible to figure out the appointment date for delivery. The delivery man was careful and considerate of my property when delivering the chairs and the entire set up process was easy it took about less than an hour to put the row of 2 seats together. The bigger job is finding a place to recycle the cardboard unless you choose white glove delivery. Bob has excellent customer service from start to finish and followed up with me the one day after the delivery. We were so excited to use our new chairs and we used them the same day they were delivered by watching one of the best movies! Thank you so much! I am already looking at additional accessories for the seats. Maybe a tablet holder!

I ordered a five seat row with built in riser and a four seat standard row. Very high quality and I am very satisfied. They even got delivered early and white glove delivery service was excellent. Very glad to see a company still take pride in their product and customer service!

I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase of theater seats from 4Seating. I called the number on the website and worked with Zack, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The white glove delivery was fantastic. The seats are awesome.

I purchased a set of 6 Serenity theater seats from 4seating.com. I am recommending all of my friends who are in the market to shop with 4seating.

Excellent quality and comfortable.

You can disregard the negative reviews. We received our three-seat set about two weeks ago and are delighted with our decision. They appear to be of high quality, are very comfortable power reclining units, the leather and workmanship are more than acceptable and they are ready to go right out of the box with one-step assembly. They are as advertised.

Perfect size for my Virginia Tech mancave. Super comfortable and a cinch to put together. Snap the backs in, plug them in and you’re good to go. Easy to operate. Seems like a quality piece of furniture.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Based on the details I gave Zach back in October about the gaming/movie room I was trying to create, he helped me choose the perfect chairs to fit my needs. Chairs arrived in plenty of time for the Christmas room reveal and they were so simple to put together, just click in the seat back to the chair base. Very comfortable and I highly recommend. We've been using these chairs for 2 months now and I have zero complaints. Money well spent!!

I recently purchased the Serenity seats (row of 4 with middle love seat) in brown top grain leather. This is my second purchase of theater seats from 4 Seating. My original seating (Seatcraft Baron models - no longer available) came with the bonded leather surface. After 5 years of consistent daily use, the leather begin to flake off the seats. The seats were still comfortable and the electric recline still functioned properly, but they were beginning to look really bad. My wife and I have kept them and have decided to get them recovered for use in another room.

We decided to go ahead and replace those original seats with the Seatcraft Serenity model with the top grain 7000 leather surface. When they arrived and I was able to unboxed them, I could immediately tell a difference in the quality of the leather vs. the original seats. The smell, the texture, the feel. All high quality. The seats were also much firmer and supportive. An upgrade from the Baron seating for sure.

My only complaint is that these seats DO NOT lock together to form one long unit. The original seats I had utilized a series of metal tabs built into the metal rails along the bottom of the chairs that slid into slots to lock the chairs to one another. These seats have no such tabs. I called 4 Seating to inquire about this and was told that the tab system was discontinued due to people repeatedly damaging their chairs. No sure how/why that happened as it was very simple to position the chairs side by side and slide each into place locking them together. I would disconnect and reconnect mine every few weeks for cleaning with no trouble or damage.

I was told by a few of the people at 4 Seating to purchase some anti skid strips similar to those used for area rugs. These had been used successfully by a few other clients. I was a little perturbed that after spending $2,700 I would have to purchase an additional item to secure the chairs together when the previous system worked very well with little effort.

I decided against the skid strips and purchased instead some 2 inch wide strips of aluminum and after drill a few holes in the strips, I was able to secure the strips to the frames of the chairs with some screws to connect the chairs to one another. They do not move now. They will not be so easy to separate as before, but I know that when the kids plop down on them, they will not slide around.

I do recommend the addition of 1 or 2 of the reading lights. They work very well and provide sufficient light for reading and other small tasks without disturbing anyone else when watching TV. After a few weeks, I can already tell a big difference in the comfort level of these seats vs the original discontinued model. Though we don't often use the LED lights for the cupholders and base, they do look pretty neat when lighted. Gives my media room a cool looking blue glow without being intrusive.

Despite my frustration about the seats not connecting together, the purchase process was simple, the delivery was timely and the chairs are of good quality. I challenge you to find any seats similar for a better price with the same level of comfort or quality that will be delivered as quickly.

We ordered a set of 4 seatcraft serenity recliners in red and they are EXACTLT what we wanted. We’ve already spent multiple days relaxing in our theater all day and they are incredibly comfortable. They look amazing. The LED lights give off light without messing with the picture on the projector screen. We could not be happier with this purchase.
