4seating customer service team exceeded my expectations when trying to find a resolution to problems from the manufacturer. Wrong orders were filled from the manufacturer, but 4seating reps reordered the correct chairs and offered me a discount for the delay in getting the correct order.

I purchased the Seatcraft Diamante chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and the controls for the power seating and lighting are easy to use. Very happy with the product!
