Customer Reviews
Favorite Sofa of All Time
We bought this couch on 12/4/2019 and I'm finally writing a review. This is the most well-constructed sofa I've ever seen in my life. It's VERY heavy - several hundred pounds would be my guess. It came in separate boxes and the boxes didn't fit through the door frames (standard 36" doors) so we unboxed it on the front porch and gently turned things sideways and pulled it into the house and then through our bedroom door. Then assembled it very easily. Don't know how we'll get it back out of our room if we ever decide to move, but that's a problem for a different day. After 4 years of use, this couch looks identical to the day we bought it with one exception; the headrest on my husband's side has a spot that his head has worn the leather down. He's bald and shaves his head, so those "whiskers" have rubbed off a little bit of the leather, but it's not noticeable. None of the mechanisms, USB ports, lights, hinges, or tables have suffered any damage or wear after 4 years of many-hours-a-day use. I'm just absolutely thoroughly impressed. I've owned many sofas and have never had one that I thought was worth the money I spent on it. This absolutely was.
As Good As The Day I Unboxed It!
I’ve had the sofa for 2 months and it looks as good as the day I unboxed it. Everything works perfectly and I hope it continues to do so.

Nice Chair Very Comfortable.
Showed up on time. One of the lighted cup holders didn’t work. The left seat didn’t work until I got under it and found that the power plug was out. Not super soft and not quite as comfortable as I would like. Note: this chair is super heavy. The driver dropped it in the middle of my drive way and left. I had to get in my house and up a flight of spiral stairs. Pay extra for in home delivery and set up. Well worth it.
I am amending my original review. The company contacted me following my original review. They wanted to address my issues. They sent me replacement parts for the cup holder and wanted to have a technician come over and repair it. I was able to replace the cup holder on my own and it works fine. If you purchase this chair make sure that all the connections are good. The various lights and motors are all plugged in and can come loose during shipment. It is a great chair.
Amazing Movie Room 3 Piece
I literally spent Months reading reviews, sitting in, checking specs etc., on dozens of pieces of movie room furniture. This was what I finally decided on. I was not disappointed!
Firstly I am 6ft3" so needed a recliner that accommodated my height (it does). The movie room floor is also tile, So I wanted something SOLID that would not move easily (it grips well and is VERY solid and sturdy). It is incredibly comfortable, and has great features. The LED lighting cup holders are great in the pitch black movie room, as are the over head lights on the middle consol. The phone charging pad, electric outlet and USB ports are great also. The 2 main arms offer ample storage and the two (included) arm trays help out when the center console can not be used due to a third person sitting in the middle. The electric driven reclining and the adjustable head rest allow for the perfect positioning for maximum comfort, and viewing. This item was put of stock for a long while, but I waited.. I am SO glad I did. Every other piece of furniture I tested or reviewed had me giving up something. This had it all!

I bought this couch in November. Having lived with it for six months, I can happily say I love it. The recliners go waaay back and it's very comfortable. The power outlets are wonderful for a techy person like myself. The storage in the armrests are handy and deep. I'm very happy with this purchase!
Perfect! Very comfortable and function well as advertised. The company that delivered it was very nice :) but it did come with total if 4 cords which need to be rearranged a little bit in a back.

I wanted a reclining sofa and had checked all the big box furniture stores-everything was so overpriced ($3000+) and was back ordered for months. I found www.4seating.com online (I was nervous about buying an expensive item without being able to see it in person, but I’m so glad I did). It said there would be a two to three week wait before it would be shipped, but it was actually shipped and delivered in less than two.
The couch is very high quality. Cushions are supportive leather is great. This sofa includes-power recline, power headrest, large light-up cup holders, armrest storage, and removable swivel side tables. The center seat converts into a fold down table (more cup holders) with power station (ac outlet, usb-ports, and wireless charging pad) as well as positionable reading lights in the headrest.
If all this wasn’t enough, their customer service is top-notch. When I emailed a question about my order, I received a personal (not automated!) response in less than 24 hours.
We absolutely love our theater seats! They are experts when it comes to theater seating!
Chair is amazing. Very comfortable. This sofa is a beast.
This sofa is one of my favorite purchases ever. Man is it super comfortable. And the features are crazy good. I be at work wishing I was sitting on my sofa. Well worth it. I would gave this 5 stars but I have to put the durability to the test. For new buyers I recommend getting the white glove delivery. Because this sofa is a big boy. Also depending on your door way you may have to detach the arm rest to fit through. Doing that was a pain in the butt. But I got it done and is loving my sofa. Great job seatcraft
Just received this sofa today in brown. It looks great! I've been sitting and reclining in it since. Well made, love the stitching. The trays are a nice addition and the cup holders and fold down middle section very convenient.
We have had our set for about 8 years in our theater. They are the most comfortable couches I've ever owned. In 8 years only minor things have happened. One cup holder light is stuck on. Snd one head rest is starting to flake. But overall a great couch!
An awesome set up. Super comfortable, lots of bells and whistles, and looks great. When delivered I was missing a cord for the headrest lights, which I’m guessing was lost when the white glove delivery service unpacked it. 4Seating was very responsive even during the holidays and got the missing part ordered. Overall great experience.
I love the couch. I ordered the couch and it said two day flash shipping. So after two weeks went by I called she said it was going to be a two more weeks and she never offered a discount.after a nother two weeks I called and two days later they said it was shipping out and it would be a nother week. Then I got a text saying it would be here on the 22 Wednesdays it never got here Finley the next day we got it . Thank God for the truck diver he was a big help nice guy. All's I'm saying is that if they couldn't get here on time I should of got a discount
We were pleasantly surprised when our sofa arrived in Houston a little quicker than anticipated. Even the endpoint delivery was great, as the driver was very friendly and made sure the sofa was secure and out of the way. our sofa is EXACTLY what we were looking for and we think it's a great value for the money.
A friend saw it and called it the Cadillac of theater seating!

Love our new sofa! Highly recommend! Very fast shipping!
This is the perfect "sofa" for our needs. We placed it in front of our 65" Television and bring on the popcorn for Netflix binge or a movie night. It's quite comfortable to sit back and game for awhile - as gamers know "awhile" can mean hours.
I love that it sits close to the wall and has table top for each end and the center folds down for more table space. My husband appreciates the adjustable head rest.
