The Omega couch is extremely comfortable. I had a problem with the headrest staying up, but I called Alex, and he took care of the problem immediately.

The couch is amazingly comfortable and has excellent lumbar support. I am a short person, so my legs don't reach the floor. however, that doesn't matter because I prefer the reclined position. Very comfortable!.
