REVIEW: What can I say about this couch that most people haven't already said. Not much, so while I can confirm it is super comfy and awesomely practical with outlets, I am going to focus on the customer service.

I called the day after receiving the couch, on a Saturday no less, and was greeted by a friendly voice in less than 30 seconds. The small issue I had was there was no power adapter for the overhead lights included in the box. Within a minute I was told there would be one mailed out on Monday. It was easy, painless and quite possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had. Again, while I can vouch for the product, I can also vouch for the A+ service experience.

REVIEW: I wanted seats that had seat backs that were more straight up and down as opposed to recessed. This fit the bill perfectly and overall the seats are very comfortable for a 6'2" guy who is not slim. The power options work well and the powered headrests are great. The only problem, if one can call it that, is it's hard to stay awake. I love this couch/recliners.

REVIEW: Excellent product. Almost deducted a star for the freight company but since it was over the holidays I gave them a break. Three appointments before it finally showed up. Product was packaged great. No sign of damage anywhere. I've had the unit one week so this is my initial impressions. Extremely comfortable and easy assembly, no tools required. Base has a minimum dimension of 25" so easy to get through a 32" door. I actually wish the recliner and the leg rest had sperate controls but the combined action is good. Finish looks very nice and I like the contrast stitching. Overall very satisfied.

Update 2-26-2019 Still completely satisfied after two months with this media sofa. My home theater so it's now complete and this piece just makes the experience perfect. Also added some photos.

REVIEW: Where do I even start? This sofa has become the top discussion whenever I give someone a tour of my game room/man cave/bat cave (call it whatever you want). I usually have them take a seat and then start pushing buttons all while they trip out on how many cool features this sofa has. On that note, let's discuss these features.

1. Feet recliner that goes up on the right and left side. Wish the bottom of my sofa lit up like the other models though.

2. The head rest also pushes out so when you're reclined it'll lift your head for you to get the right view of the TV.

3. The middle chair comes down giving you an extra table and cup holders.
3.1 - If you lift up the middle headrest you'll find 2 lights with on/off switches that swivel left and right to adjust to the angle you need if you plan on reading on the sofa.
3.2 - 2 USB ports for charging whatever you desire
3.3 - An outlet so that you can plug something directly into a power source
3.4 - A wireless charging dock - now this was unexpected.. when I purchased my chair back in Nov. 2018, the images showed 2 outlets. So when this arrived with 1 outlet and a wireless charging dock I lost my shit.. that's an upgrade in my opinion and when people see it and try it out they also lose it. :D
3.5 - Right below the headrest lights you'll find a pocket that I didn't even notice right away so that you can put away some reading material or whatever you fancy.

4. The side arms on the left and right lift up providing additional storage and also holds the food tray.. which leads to

5. Food trays.. two of them which are placed inside the hole in front of the armrest cup holders.

6. Lit up cup holders

I'm thoroughly enjoying my sofa and the price point was better than what I've seen out there so it's well worth the purchase. I love the look and feel of the leather AND the light stitching on the leather really reminds me of car interior. Love it!

Cons?
1. If the food tray is being used, it gets in the way of the cup holder.. forcing you to use the middle seat cup holders. But if someone is seated in the middle then you just gotta use the tray. Not a big deal but it would be nice to continue using your cup holder as it provides more security for your drink. A slight design modification can fix this although it's NOT a deal breaker.

2. Wish the middle seat also had the option to recline. Almost everyone I've shown the sofa to has asked about that and it would eliminate the fight over the edge seats.. Poor middle seater has to sit with 1 foot on each sides recliner. LOL

3. The product images showed a USB charging port near the main controls on each side but mine don't have that.. so much like the wireless charging dock, I think I received a newer model than what the images show?

In the end, I would highly recommend this sofa.. it's well made, easy to set up (might take 2 people, though I was able to do it myself), delivery was quick, and you can totally hide the wires under the back flap of the sofa.

REVIEW: Great value- Delivery was easy and the service was white glove all the way! Product is well made. The only drawback is the wireless charger it shows charging but it doesn't charge well. and not a lot of room to actually put your phone down on the pad. The functionality of the seats are good and go back far enough to be relaxing. Overall I would recommend this item to anyone looking to add to any home theatre or even to your living room.
