The overall experience with 4seating was great. Jesse was very helpful with all of my questions. I've had my new sofa for a week now and love it. It is quality made. The accessory integration is seamless. I ordered the wireless phone charging holder but it did not come with the sofa. I called and they had it in the mail that same day. I will be using 4 seating for my future purchases.
