I am very happy with this flip arm theater group. I purchased the row of three with two flip arms and manual recline. It looks fantastic with the arms up or down. I love the flexibility of being able to have a love seat with an arm rest dividing the other seat, or three seats with arms w/cup holders between them.
When I ordered this, I didn't realize that the sections with the flip up arms also have storage underneath, very nice! I would say that this seating is a little on the firm side, but still very comfortable. The reclining is done by a pull handle in between the cushions on two of the seats, and a lever on the side of one. They work very well. The leather is soft, it looks and feels great. This is perfect for an area where you'd like theater seating with the flexibility of a traditional sofa. It's perfect with the Rialto front row seats.
The only thing I would have done differently, is to pay for the white glove delivery. They come in boxes, one seat to a box, on a pallet. It took me about an hour to unpack and move this and another 2 seat front row set down to my basement media room. The whole time all I could think about, was how much the extra fee would've been worth it. They were very simple to put together, and it's great that the seats and backs are separate pieces. It makes it easy to move, and make it through spaces that they wouldn't fit assembled.
