REVIEW: I ordered this without sitting in it, some of the comments I read were spot on, like the leather rubs when operating it (for a tight fit it has to) seat is not wide enough for some people (it is for me, I leave the center part up if I want to sit sideways, Its a nice option to have the center fold down. Now for the good part, I have had it for around 9 months and its a great product. Its strong, it takes awhile to wear in the leather just like a pair of shoes , but it's so comfortable. I have had no problems with motors or switches, what I did have was a tray with a slightly bent pin that goes into the arm, I lived with it for 10 months and thought why not message them and see if they will replace it. I sent the message via amazon to the company, within two hours I had an email saying they will send another one in the morning, no questions asked no picture of the item required, just a short note saying thanks and have a nice evening. A family member stayed in my home for awhile and liked it so much she bought the Loveseat version for her home.

REVIEW: This is a quality, well thought out piece of functional furniture. The leather is good quality, the electronic features work perfectly, it is very comfortable and the reclining ends, headrests and lumbar support can be adjusted separately. You can also program your favorite position so you don’t have to adjust every time. The plug, 2 USB ports, cordless phone charger, table with two cup holders and two adjustable lights in the fold down center are so convenient. The outer armrests each have a storage compartment that includes a table that attaches to the front of the armrest big enough for a small laptop or tray and an additional cup holder. It requires a power strip with at least 4 plugs. When you are in it with your necessities you are self-contained and only need to get up for a potty break! It came well packaged, protected and in perfect condition. Delivery was on time and the delivery crew was fantastic. Seatcraft created an amazing piece with this one, we love it!

REVIEW: We wanted to replace our old sofa with quality leather seating that offered comfort, luxury appealing looks, and new technology. We live in a major market and had access to every furniture store imaginable. After two weeks of disappointing finds, I searched online for full top leather entertainment seating. When Seatcraft came up I knew it had the quality and features I was looking for, but I couldn't see it, sit in it or feel it. Knowing all the big box stores had nothing to offer with the quality we were looking for, I decided to pull the trigger. Glad I did! If you look at the Seatcraft videos supplied by the manufacturer, you will get exactly what you see. The finest quality piece of seating that I could find. It was easy to see when it was set up that Seatcraft is the leader in luxury entertainment seating. I couldn't be more pleased having purchased this sight unseen. It's obvious no shortcuts were taken in the manufacturing process from the excellent leather, accented stitching, smooth operation of the reclining, lumbar and headrest. We love it!

The shipping was excellent and we received it in half the time it was scheduled for. We are in a condo and on the upper floor. This presented a problem when it arrived because the box was too big because of the excellent packing protection. We did have to take it out of the box in our situation to fit in the elevator. The door was no problem once it was out of the box. I mention this to let people know in similar situations not to panic, it will fit. Should my living situation change, I wouldn't hesitate to add additional Seatcraft seating. The quality is unmatched and suitable for any room.

REVIEW: Excellent quality product. Came very well packed, and in several easy to manage pieces. The backs are detachable so the unit can easily fit through the front door, but heavy. Assembly and hookup took less than five minutes. Comfort is excellent, as is adjustability, and ease of use. Preset button is a nice touch, as is the single button to lower all powered parts to seated position. There are a few minor design issues. The center table does not lay flat, and cannot be adjusted to be level. A work around is a small cushion between the center seat and the folded down seat back. Second, it requires 4 outlets, and three power supplies. For this price, all the AC should be consolidated into one plug and wired internally. Quck workaround is a power strip behind couch. I would gladly buy it again and heartily recommend its for a home theater or living room.

REVIEW: I was looking for an "entertainment sofa" with dual recliners, USB ports, in black leather. Other options from home theater companies are far more expensive and don't look as nice! Plus, this sofa comes with FREE SHIPPING with Prime! Crazy given how much it weighs (it's a sturdy, heavy sofa). It's great to lay across with the middle section up, and great for two adults each with their own recliners at each end and the middle table down. Great for popcorn, my phone as it charges, and has drink holders all over the place. It has storage in the two armrests, as well as tables for laptop, etc., that you can store inside. Other accessories (tablet & phone holders, lights, wine glass holders) are also available. The seats are very supportive and comfortable, adjustable footrests, headrests, and lumbar support. The leather is very nice: supple without being too soft, and firm enough that I am confident it will wear well over time.

Initially, I had an issue with the middle section not being straight...I contacted Seatcraft who was very understanding and patient over email, they dealt with the issue immediately and ordered me the replacement part at no cost, and it was delivered free as well. My experience with the sofa and customer service has been excellent. I would recommend this sofa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
